01 Is bungee jumping in Rishikesh safe?
Yes. Every jump is run by certified instructors using full-body harnesses and industry-standard equipment that is checked before each jump. You also get a complete safety briefing before you go up.
02 What is the minimum age and are there fitness limits?
The minimum age is shown on each activity page (for most jumps it is 18 years, some ropes and walls allow younger guests). If you have a heart condition, back or neck problems, are pregnant or unwell, please skip high-impact activities — our team will guide you on the day.
03 How do I book, and do I have to pay the full amount online?
Pick your activity, choose a date, time slot and number of participants, then pay online through PayU (UPI, cards or net banking). Many activities only need a small advance to lock your slot — the balance is paid on arrival. The exact split is shown before you pay.
04 Can I book several activities on the same day?
Yes. Add them to your cart with different time slots and check out once. Combo packages that bundle several activities into one booking are also available.
05 What happens if the weather is bad?
Activities can pause for rain, high winds or poor visibility. If that happens your booking is rescheduled to another day, so you do not lose your jump.
